FNP Military Press supports the Mighty Eighth Air Force Museum
FNP Military Press supports the Mighty Eighth Air Force Museum in Pooler, Georgia. We encourage membership in the museum to all who have an interest in preserving the memory of the Mighty 8th Air Force. Purchases of Frank D. Murphy’s book, Luck of the Draw, Reflections on the Air War in Europe help to financially sustain the museum. Frank D. Murphy has directed us that all his authors’ royalties be donated to the Mighty 8th Force Museum.

When visiting the museum please stop by the Navigator Exhibit sponsored by Frank and Ann Murphy. The exhibit is interactive and features four flat-screen monitors describing the science of navigation. The participant uses a touch screen to make decisions and choices as those a navigator was faced with on actual bombing missions In addition to the interactive computer simulation, there is an exhibit featuring a fully dressed manikin in actual uniform and navigator equipment from the Museum collections The exhibit is dedicated to those brave men whose fearless sense of duty enabled Eighth Air Force bomber formations to reach their missions objectives.
